HOW TO FIX YOUR FROZEN IPHONE

Have your iPhone ever faced a frozen problem when you are playing games or watching videos? You can not do anything on the screen which seems to be dead. Did you tear down the battery, and power it up again to fix the problem? But, there is an easy method to fix it.

Here below are the solutions to your iPhone frozen problems:

Solution one - Power down and up your iPhone
By pressing the power button for seconds till the screen showing 'slide to power off', then slide to power down your phone and wait 2 min, then power up your iPhone. This is very common solution.

Solution two:
If you are opening an App when your iPhone freezes, the problem may caused by the App. Try to force quit the App by pressing power button for 8 seconds, you will see a red power down slider, then press the home button until the App quits.

Solution three:
If your iPhone still freezes, completely unresponsive, you can press the power button and home button together for 8 sec until a black screen with the Apple logo appears in the middle. This will force the iPhone to restart.

If the above solutions are not helpful, you need restore it to its original factory settings. This will delete all data. Please remember to back up the data before doing this.
